Monica is a brand that promotes resource efficiency and the value of waste materials. Monica coasters are manufactured from plastic scraps left over from the latter stages of the manufacturing process, which, if not recycled or Improper disposal, can become waste that must be disposed of improperly and has an influence on the environment.
We solves this problem by meticulously designing and producing coasters with distinctive patterns and colors from plastic fragments. Each work is distinctive, one-of-a-kind, and the only one in the world. Monica coasters' attractiveness stems from the patterns that emerge spontaneously throughout the production process, which are unique to each piece, allowing consumers to enjoy a one-of-a-kind work of art.
Driven by its commitment to continuous growth and market expansion, Monica has broadened its distribution channels across leading online platforms, including TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee. This enables customers to shop more conveniently while meeting the evolving needs of digital consumers who value both convenience and environmentally friendly products. This expansion not only allows Monica to reach a wider audience but also promotes efficient resource utilization and encourages greater awareness of the Circular Economy concept.
The “Sustainable Block” project is one of the Company’s ongoing CSR initiatives, transforming calcium waste from the production process into safe, practical building blocks for internal use and community benefit.
The project plays a key role in reducing production waste, promoting efficient resource utilization in line with the Circular Economy concept, and encouraging employee participation throughout the process.
The Company continues to enhance the project by improving product design and functionality, expanding colour variations, and developing application prototypes to increase value and market potential, alongside strengthening production and marketing capabilities to support sustainable growth.
The Company has also continuously utilized sustainable blocks made from calcium waste to develop its factory premises, including walkways and rest areas, enhancing orderliness, comfort, and workplace safety for employees. In 2026, an additional 140.5 square meters were installed.
This reflects the Company’s commitment to value creation from waste and efficient resource utilization at the organizational level.
The initial success in generating revenue from the sale of these blocks demonstrates their potential to evolve into eco-friendly products that create both environmental and economic value. The revenue generated is reinvested into ongoing social initiatives, reinforcing the concept that effective waste management can be transformed into tangible value and sustainable growth.
The Company continues to support community development through the “Salee Community Health Park Initiative in Bang Nam Chuet,” now in its fifth year. This year, the Company expanded the community activity area by enhancing the concrete space, creating a shared hub for relaxation and recreational activities.
In its fifth year, the project has further developed public spaces to better meet the needs of the community, providing areas for exercise, relaxation, and group activities. This space not only improves the quality of life for local residents but also fosters stronger relationships, unity, and sustainable community engagement—reflecting the Company’s commitment to growing alongside society.
