The Company focuses on sustainable waste management by establishing clear targets and action plans, while promoting employee participation in efficient resource use. Under the 3Rs and Circular Economy approach, the “Monica” project is implemented to reduce waste at the source, promote reuse, and enhance recycling. Production scraps and plastic waste are reprocessed and reused, alongside product design improvements to support recyclability and long-term resource efficiency.
The Company continuously implements waste management initiatives through resource conservation programs to promote awareness and efficient resource utilization, supported by clear targets and performance indicators, while maintaining a safe and conducive working environment.
Waste segregation efficiency has been enhanced through the establishment of recycling stations and expanded sorting categories to support reuse in production. Employee participation is encouraged through 5S activities, with proceeds from recyclable waste returned to employees to foster engagement.
In addition, the Company effectively manages industrial waste through initiatives such as converting calcium waste into 4,496 blocks, reducing disposal volumes by 11.69 tons, reflecting concrete progress in resource efficiency and environmental impact reduction.
The Company has established recycling stations and expanded waste segregation categories to support material reuse in line with the Circular Economy concept. It also promotes proper waste sorting through 5S activities to raise employee awareness and encourage environmentally responsible behavior.
The Company continues the “Won” project to promote plastic recycling by collecting used plastic bottles and bags, converting them into donations at Baht 5 per kilogram. In 2025, a total of 1,014 kilograms were collected, helping reduce waste and raise environmental awareness.

The Company has promoted Magik Growth products through multiple channels, including online platforms, exhibitions, and large-scale agricultural customers, alongside ongoing product development and collaboration with local and international partners. In 2025, total sales of fruit protection bags, including durian, reached 24,494 units.
Developed by MTEC, the product is an eco-friendly innovation made from spunbond nonwoven fabric. It helps reduce chemical use, improve agricultural yield, and can be reused multiple times, thereby supporting waste reduction and sustainable agriculture.
