Project: We were thin

Project details

This is a continuing project from 2024, based on feedback from the previous project that encouraged employees to exercise, share knowledge about health and diet from fellow employees who participated in the project, which led to our previously slim project continuing to the present (Jan-Dec 2024). There were 33 applicants for the project and they remained challenge winners until the project was completed.

  2. For the body to work better, far from various diseases, obesity, diabetes
  3. Improved daily life from easy fatigue, back pain, knee pain, strong physical and mental health
  4. Reduce the risk of various diseases such as heart disease, bone and joint disease, etc.

Project: Quit Smoking

Project details

The Quit Smoking Project aims to encourage employees to quit smoking by providing education on the dangers of smoking, the benefits of quitting, and the environmental impact of tobacco production and use. This initiative not only promotes health care but also raises awareness about the damage caused to the factory area, fostering a healthier workplace and a more sustainable environment.

Outcomes of the project

  1. To promote employees to know about the dangers of cigarettes and create guidelines for smokers to quit
  2. Reduce the risk of heart disease
  3. Family or people around do not inhale harmful cigarette smoke
  4. Improve physical fitness
  5. Turn into savings

Safety and Working Environment Risk Assessment

The Company has continuously conducted safety and working environment risk assessments, with procedures for hazard identification, risk assessment and improvement to cover all work activities.

  1. Evaluate hazards and risks and devise corrective steps to decrease them to an acceptable level.
  2. Review the assessment at least once a year to confirm that controls are still effective.
  3. Hold a Safety Talk meeting before beginning work to discuss safety concerns and assess job preparedness.
  4. Hold a joint meeting every Tuesday of the month to evaluate and analyze compliance with work procedures.
  5. Each unit conducts a risk assessment in its area of responsibility at least once a year.
  6. Review data to adjust measures to changing situations.

Risk Assessment Results 2024

It was found that there were high-risk activities, namely operations related to machinery.

Preventive and control measures

  1. Check and assess safety equipment, including fire extinguishers.
  2. Require employees to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  3. Provide safety training and knowledge to employees.

Project : Safety Talk

Project details

Organize pre-work safety and health discussions under KYT safety activities for all sections of the factory, including operators and contractors. These discussions will ensure correct operations, promote common understanding, and cover topics such as forklift usage and reporting work safety statistics.
